We deliver. Via Australia Post Standard delivery times are from 5-7 Business Days. Express post is 3-5 Business Days.

Returns

Full priced items purchased online can be returned for a refund, exchange or credit note

'Final Sale' items cannot be returned and/or exchanged unless deemed faulty

Customers have 21 days from the date of purchase to return their online order. Any items received after this time frame will be returned to sender.

For your return to be accepted, all items must be:

• Unworn, unaltered and in original condition
• Have all tags still attached, with all accessories and packaging included in the parcel

We are unable to accept returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Please note delivery estimates do not include order processing times.

Duties and Tax

Orders for International Customers outside of Australia may be subject to international duties and taxes when the parcel arrives at the destination country. These taxes and duties are required to be paid by the customer upon delivery. Please note that the shipping carrier may not release the parcel without prior payment for these fees.

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for any actions, costs, or delays caused due to these customs processes over which we have no control. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about possible duties and taxes.
